Two ways to work together.

No discovery call, no sign up, no welcome emails. Choose the format, pick a time that works, and pay by transfer before the session. If you are not sure which one fits, take a single session first.

Coaching Program

For challenges that benefit from continued reflection, experimentation and progress over time.

Six sessions at your own pace. You pay once and book the first session straight away. The rest are arranged as you go, each one after the session that has just happened. Between sessions you test something in the real situation, and the next conversation starts from what actually happened.

The process

From decision to booked session in four steps.

  1. Understand

    The coaching page sets out how the method works and how it differs from mentoring and consulting. Worth reading before you choose.

    A single session for one specific situation, or the six session program when the theme benefits from distance and return.

  3. Book

    Pick an open slot in my calendar. The confirmation, the calendar invitation and the video link follow immediately.

  4. Pay

    An advance invoice follows the booking. Payment is by bank transfer, before the session. No cards, no account to create, no details beyond the invoice.

Before you book

The practical details

Format
50 minutes, online by video.
Payment
By bank transfer, against an advance invoice sent after the booking. The invoice carries a payment QR code, and it can be addressed to a company. The session goes ahead once payment has landed, and the final invoice follows it.
Scheduling the program
You pay once and book the first session straight away. The remaining five are arranged as you go, each after the session that has just happened. Most clients work weekly, at most every two weeks. The pace is yours, and the whole program has to be used within 12 months of purchase.
Rescheduling
Move or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the start time, directly from the link in your confirmation email.
Confidentiality
Nothing said in a session goes anywhere. Where a company is paying, we agree the scope of any reporting in writing beforehand and it never includes session content.
